During this season it is easy to feel overwhelmed, as our to-do lists keep mounting. Mother Nature though is in fact calling us to become slower and to shift our focus inward.


What would it look like if you just took a pause? If you just took a softening breath? Try it right now! Notice what is happening in your body, breath and mind. This is the power of a pause, the antidote to stress.

THURDSAY, Restorative Yoga, 6-7pm


FRIDAY, Ayurvedic Yoga, 9:15-10:30 am


SATURDAY, Mini Yoga & Ayurveda Workshop (first in a series), 3-5pm

This workshop will have a practice part, a short lecture part, as well as the making and enjoyment of an Ayurvedic tea, specially designed to balance your doshas!
